Long-lasting, concentrated herbal blend instantly conditions and moisturizes hair and skin. Dissolves mineral and chemical buildup deposited by water. Neutralizes static electricity; tangles are reduced and kept to a minimum as static electricity is controlled by reducing the trace mineral in hair.
